Fall in the DC area is absolutely beautiful. If you are ever here during this time I recommend a visit to Sugar Loaf Mountain where you can sip wine on a patio, listen to live music and hike along the woods and vineyard. Very picturesque and one of the few vineyards that welcome dogs. We spent my birthday afternoon here and with the sun shining, a chill in the air, it was a glorious day.
No birthday of mine is complete without company of AWESOME friends, great food and wine. I am blessed with wonderful people around me. I feel so lucky to have each of them in my life. A few spots that treated us well this weekend:Bezu in Potomac, MD. HIGHLY recommend the veal chops. Hot and Juicy Crawfish: thanks for accommodating such a large groups of us for a heartwarming dinner. Love this neighborhood seafood joint. Estadio: awesome awesome tapas each time. 14K a must for breakfast/brunch.
Dexter decided to be a prison inmate for his first Halloween. He did a good job of frightening the trick or treaters.
The next issue of Anthology magazine looks amazing. Titled Going Global, featuring some of my favorites cities I cant wait for it to hit the stands. Here’s a sneak peek of the issue.
This is a super super busy week for me as I have a Thanksgiving photoshoot and then I’m off to India and the Caribbean. So excited about the trips but feeling sad about being away from this guy. His love of Starbucks proves he is truly my puppy.
Happy new week and month to you friends.

I am officially in love with Dexter – so freakin’ cute! Love your snaps of the countryside, too.
Hello Manvi,
You have been a busy, busy girl, my goodness! I hope well, though, and are enjoying time with this little darling… he’s too cute for words 🙂 I hope that you have a fabulous trip and cannot wait to hear more when you return. (or while there, if possible) I have been a terrible blog friend!
