Dual-toned roses, white and fuscia ranuculus, dip-dyed fabrics + stationery in primrose and lemon, and strawberry-pineapple lava flow shooters, create a cheerful setting for a Spring Brunch Party. I had SUCH a great time styling and photographing this look for my monthly tablescape 101 column over at Bright Bazaar. I tried hand-dyeing my own fabrics for the first time. Since I havent dyed fabrics before I am quite pleased with how they turned out. I also dip-dyed white paper lanterns for a li’l visual interest above the table. Working with Will and Claudia on this column has been the most amazing experience. Will’s vision and Claudia’s design inspire me so much each month.
Claudia from Fig2Design.com and Michelle of Meant to Be Calligraphy worked their magic on dip-dyed stationery. You simply MUST check out their sites asap. And dont miss Claudia’s designs in Martha Stewart Weddings, they are STUNNING! Congrats Claudia, so happy for you.
