Lately, I have seen several home office designs on design blogs. I’m amazed at how efficiently people use their spaces. I keep imagining the creative minds at work in their cozy offices. Inspiring! I’ll be sharing some that stick out later this week or next. Needless to say, I would absolutely love to work from home, though maybe not all the time. I wouldn’t ever be late. I could wear whatever I want. But I would miss the interaction with co-workers – the lunches, the happy hours .. An occasional home office maybe. So what would my home office look like?
To start, I need plenty of sunshine, and big windows looking out to nature. I would like several work stations. How awesome would it be to wake up 10 minutes before start time, slap on a pair of jeans, fresh flowers from the garden, turn up the music, make a fresh salad for lunch, go for a run, endless pots of coffee and tea…

Ooh yes I would love to have different work stations too. One desk for my laptop and to spread out my diary and other books on the side, another desk for sketching and a third desk for laying out fabric swatches. One day….
