With Thanksgiving less than two weeks away, and #Friendsgiving socials leading up to the day, holiday season is officially here! Time to bring out the party shoes and switch to holiday playlists. #MyKindofHoliday is an indulgent sensory experience…I look forward to setting the table and bar carts for the holidays, and more so for #Thanksgiving and #Friendsgiving parties. I love to create vignettes around the entertaining area and leaving the main dinner table uncluttered so the focus can be on food and beverages.
Each year I make a dish from my mother’s recipes that I havent made before. This year I plan to make one of my mom’s special carrot and almond desserts, which I plan to serve on one of these oval platters from Target.com.
Music is really important to set a festive mood, and I am eyeing this vintage-looking record player by Target for my #Friendsgiving party.
