Guest Post by Fiona Kelly from Fashmom
Hello Mochatini-ers. Fashmom here guest blogging for the lovely Manvi who is taking a well deserved break in beautiful Argentina. I am a relative newcomer to the world of blogging. Thrilled to be here and so thankful to Manvi for her generosity in letting me connect with each of you.
Fashmom, as the name implies, is my blog about fashion and style for mums and wee ones alike. Really, it’s for anyone and everyone who loves fashion, design, yummy food and travel but with a special family friendly twist. I thought a post about children’s interiors would be a nice topic that would interest both Mochatini and Fashmom readers.
As both a design enthusiast and mother I am often inspired by the whimsical, lighthearted and sophisticated looks in children’s home furnishings and clothing {If only Bonpoint made women’s apparel L}. I regularly find myself referencing kids interior spaces for design ideas as they frequently inspire practical and functional solutions that simply put, look good.
I hope you find inspiration in these rooms for kids. Some of my favs are the striped ceiling, the floating shelves, the matching twin headboards and the loft beds. The Eames rocking chair {pic 1} goes without saying, OK so I just said it. Room and Board has it available in 5 colors.
Enjoy!
More kids interiors coming your way in my next post.
Until next time……
